Reason for taking up the sport

COACHING FUTURE
She would like to stay involved in gymnastics as a coach after her career finishes as an athlete. She already tried her hand at this profession. "I was helping during the rhythmic gymnastics camp for few years already and have made choreographies for different clubs. In 2018 I got my own group in training club in Tampere, coaching children aged 10-11. Through my coaching experience, my dream about coaching profession has been confirmed. So after my career I want to be a coach and choreographer in gymnastics." (vantaa.fi, 05 Apr 2019)
BALLET
As a child she also did ballet, and was a member of the Finnish National Opera Ballet. She was eventually forced to chose between ballet and rhythmic gymnastics at age 12, due to time constraints. (fig-gymnastics.com, 01 Sep 2015)
