RETIREMENT THOUGHTS
After the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro he considered retiring from the sport. "After an unsuccessful performance at the 2016 Olympics, I did not train for two months. I was nervous, I thought a lot about continuing my career. I understood that at age 20 it was stupid to finish, but I had to convince myself of this. Putting my head in order, I kept fit with CrossFit training. And I knew I would return to the gym." (vkonline.ru, 09 Apr 2020)
