Injuries

INJURY THREATENS CAREER
In March 2006, he broke both of his ankles while performing a full-twisting double layout on the floor exercise at the World Cup in Lyon, France. Initial scans showed nothing, but a later scan revealed fractures in both ankles, which required surgery. The injuries were so severe that it was initially unknown whether he would be able to continue in the sport, but in September of the same year he made his comeback. TV APPEARANCES
