"I have been involved in sports since age four, when I began rhythmic gymnastics. I didn't succeed and realised it was not my sport. In acrobatics, my natural strength always helped me."
Milestones
She became the first gymnast to win three gold medals in mixed pair at the world championships when she claimed victory with partner Georgii Pataraia at the 2018 World Championships in Antwerp, Belgium. RETIREMENT
In 2019 she retired from the sport and began working with Cirque du Soleil. "I was not going to work in the circus, I thought that I would be a coach to prepare new stars in Omsk [her home city].
