She began practising gymnastics at age three in her family home in the Allmersbach im Tal region of Germany.

"Training begins at 07:15 and lasts two hours. The second gymnastics session of the day, including strength work, lasts until 17:00. MENTAL COACH
After making the transition to senior competition in 2019, she hired a mental coach to help her adjust. "I put a lot of pressure on myself. The element, first performed by her at the 2019 World Championships in Stuttgart, Germany, involves a dismount from high bar, clear straddle circle with salto forward tucked with 1/1 twist [360°] and has a 'D' value.
