Injuries

Trainings
"Training begins at 07:15 and lasts two hours. The second gymnastics session of the day, including strength work, lasts until 17:00. After stretching, I go to the physio and my dad often picks me up or I take the train home. This is how it works five times a week. And on weekends there are often competitions."

MENTAL COACH
After making the transition to senior competition in 2019, she hired a mental coach to help her adjust. "I put a lot of pressure on myself.
