Additional information
HEIGHT
He is shorter than many gymnasts, and although his height made the sport challenging when he was a child, he has since been able to use it to his advantage on vault. "Just the simple front handspring over the vault table was really difficult [as a child]. I'm realising actually that because of my height, it does make it easier for vault [as an adult]. I am kind of that perfect height now to where I have developed the muscles to get over the table. And because I'm smaller, I can get my whole body over the table faster, and the technique is easier per se." (houstonchronicle.com, 24 Aug 2023)
